1. What pests do you treat?
   We treat all common pests including, Rats, Mice, Wasps Nests, Cockroaches, Fleas, Ants, Squirrels and can also deal with Pigeons and Pigeon Proofing along with Drain Surveys and remedial work. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pest situation that arises.


2. What are your charges?
   A number of our Domestic and Commercial tariffs are clearly displayed on our web pages. If your particular requirement is not listed, simply contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be delighted to provided free price guidance.


3. How quickly can you respond to requests?
   Our aim is to provide a same day response to all requests. We are very conscious that some pests may cause inconvenience and distress and wish to ensure that these are kept to an absolute minimum. We will always give a reasonably accurate response time to all requests for our services.


4. What about an 'out of hours' services?
   We are aware that situations can arise at any time and of course may not be discovered until residents return from the workplace - we are proud to be able to offer with few exceptions a 24-hour/7-day service.


5. Is your service confidential?
   Yes. We do not advertise our visit to your premises or use specific examples in our sales and marketing materials. Our discretion is paramount to ensuring the trust of our valued customers.


6. Do you use dangerous chemicals or pesticides?
   We use a number of propriety chemicals and pesticides in eradicating your pest situation. All such items are typical and proven ways of dealing with pest control issues. These would be discussed with you prior to commencement of any treatment and we would always provide you with the appropriate safety advice for you and/or your pets.


7. Are the results guaranteed ?
   Yes. If we agree to take on your pest control project then we are certain that  we can complete the job. If after further or remedial action has been taken and the problem persists then a full refund would be offered.


8. Are your staff qualified to treat all pests?
   Yes. All staff are trained to Royal Society of Public Health Level 2 Certificate in Pest Control, we ensure that all work is performed to guidelines recommended by the RSPH.


9. Is there a do-it-yourself solution?
   Not really. Typically the pesticides and chemicals used in pest control are not readily available to the general public.


10. What do I do if I don't know what the problem is?
    Don't worry! Get in touch - an experieced pest controller will soon be able to identify what the problem is.
